Frames are made from locally sourced, sustainable Victorian Ash timber, are finished with a hanging wire, and are available in 20x30cm, 40x60cm, 60x90cm, and 80x120cm, in natural wood, painted white or painted black. My framers have been making frames in Melbourne for over 30 years, and supply framing to the National Gallery of Victoria and the National Gallery of Australia, among many others.

Make sure you get out a tape measure to double-check the size in the space you’re imagining the piece will go.

The 20x30cm and 40x60cm are great for gallery walls, leaning on shelves, or smaller spots. I personally love an intentionally placed small artwork in an unexpected spot or with a lot of negative space around it, it can look really striking. These smaller sizes also make perfect gifts.

The two larger sizes are great as statement pieces behind a couch or at the head of a bed and so on. I love a vertical 80x120cm casually leaned on the floor, which also means you can move it easily and change up your space whenever you like.

When hanging your art, keep in mind that the middle of the piece should be about 145cm from the floor. This is the ‘ideal’ viewing height, making the piece neither too high nor too low. If you’re hanging your piece in a gallery wall, the same rule applies. Imagine that the whole gallery wall is one piece of art, the middle should be about 145cm from the floor.

Because my prints are framed with museum-grade, high-quality acrylic instead of glass, they are lighter and quite easy to hang. You may be able to use heavy-duty 3M Command Hooks, which is a fast way to get your print on your wall without hammering in a nail. Always check the weight limits and follow the instructions on the packet.

The fine art print is on a 300 gsm 100% cotton rag photographic stock using genuine Epson Ultrachrome Pro inks on the latest Epson P20070 printer. Your print is dry-mounted to an acid-free 5mm foam board using an archival adhesive film.

The 3mm museum-grade acrylic is UV protective and shatterproof, increasing the longevity of the product. The lighter weight makes the frame much easier to hang, even at larger sizes.

The images are colour corrected on a professionally calibrated screen to match the printed version as closely as possible. You acknowledge that different screens (computer, laptop, phone, tablet) produce colour and contrast very differently and as such, the final printed product may look different to the image viewed on your device.

You acknowledge that cropping may vary very slightly from the examples in the online store. The variation will be essentially unnoticeable in the final product.

This product is handmade to order. You acknowledge that may be a delay of two weeks to one month between ordering and receiving the product.

Although the museum-grade acrylic protects the print from UV rays, it is best to hang the print away from strong direct sun, which may cause fading over time. Although the acrylic is shatterproof, when moving the print, wrap it in a blanket or similar and take great care to prevent damage to the acrylic or frame.

Please note that if you purchase an unframed print, it will come rolled up in a mailing tube, and you acknowledge that it must be handled with care before framing it yourself. I highly recommend purchasing a framed print instead.

If the print arrives damaged, please photograph it, along with the packaging, and email me at bree@breeanadunbar.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. A replacement will be arranged as soon as possible.

If you don’t love your print, get in touch within 3 days from the date of delivery. You can return the print using the address on the back of the package, and I will refund your payment and postage.

Free, secure shipping Australia-wide. Prints usually reach their new homes two weeks after the order is placed, although unforeseen postal delays may increase the shipping time. You will receive a tracking number when your print ships. I recommend downloading the Auspost app to track your package.
